RESERVATIONS AND PRICES
Prices are determined in accordance with the association’s bylaws. All prices on these pages are listed including VAT. We reserve the right for any typographical or input errors.

PAYMENT
The member receives an electronic invoice, which must be paid no later than 8 days after it has been sent. At the start of a new payment period, a new invoice will be sent to the member unless the membership has been canceled. QCSG does not store the member’s credit card information.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
This applies only to memberships entered into as a subscription. It is a prerequisite for membership of QCSG that you register for payment via a credit card, MobilePay, or another payment method approved by QCSG.

With your first payment, you authorize QCSG to withdraw the membership fee from your account via your payment card until you either change your membership or cancel your subscription.

The amount payable for QCSG membership is automatically withdrawn via your payment card. Your card information is not stored by QCSG but by the payment processor.
A receipt for payment is sent via email. When you sign up, you accept our terms, and you can cancel your subscription by contacting the association. No later than 7 days before each payment, you will receive an email/SMS informing you of the amount to be charged. You will have the opportunity to stop the payment if you do not wish to renew your subscription.

Before your payment card expires or if there are changes to your card details, QCSG will send a reminder via email, and you must then register a new payment card by logging into the website and clicking on "Payment Card."

If your payment card is blocked, you are responsible for registering a new payment card. This should also be done through QCSG as described above.

RECEIPT
The member receives a receipt via email when the payment is withdrawn from their payment card.

TERMINATION / CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
If you no longer wish to have a subscription with QCSG, you can request cancellation by contacting QCSG. Membership fees already paid will not be automatically refunded upon cancellation.

Cancelation is done with a notice of one month in addition to the month during which the cancellation is sent. If you have prepaid for a period beyond the final cancellation date after notice, you may request a refund from QCSG for the remainder of the prepaid period. After cancellation, you will no longer receive payment requests from the association.

TERMINATION / CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you no longer wish to be a member of QCSG, you can request cancellation by contacting QCSG. Membership fees already paid will not be refunded. After cancellation, you will no longer receive payment requests from the club.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For memberships purchased via the website, you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement. If you choose to use the membership or subscription before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal will be voided.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Since QCSG membership does not involve physical products, there is no right to complain under consumer law. If any issues or dissatisfaction arise regarding the membership, the member may submit a complaint to the board. The board will review all complaints, and the member will receive a response to the submitted complaint.

MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
QCSG reserves the right to block a member’s access to the site in the event of non-payment or if club property or the association’s system is misused. No compensation will be given to the member in case of a block.
